The Earjeans 365 Collection #356

In light of recent events happening around the world, including the riots in London, I thought it would be appropriate to dedicate these next couple of days to making jewelry that promotes peace and positivity.

So Earjeans #356 are called "Peace for the World" Earrings.

I decided to use Rasta or Jamaican colors as I love the feeling I get when I wear this combination of colors. I feel pride, love, and peace so I thought it fitting to use them for these special earrings.

Our materials...
yellow leather fabric
red, green, black fabric paint
red, green, yellow painted wood beads
findings

While language barriers make it harder for people to communicate around the world, there are 2 mediums that transcend all of that- Music and symbols. So it was a "no brainer" for me to use the "peace" symbol in this design.

The final master"peace" (catch it, catch it ;)....

More peace earrings to come :)
