Speaking from my own personal experiences, I have been guilty of always putting other peoples needs, wants, and desires before my own. In my attempt to please everyone else, I was letting myself down and didn't realize it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being kind, considerate and even making certain sacrifices for others but it should never be at the cost of your personal neglect, safety, and well-being. I created this bracelet as a constant reminder for me to love myself, be good to myself, and not feel guilty about putting me first. Because when I am at my best, I can be my best to someone else. A few years ago I wrote and recorded a song called "Love Yourself" and now I am happy to have this bracelet to compliment it. Do you know someone who is guilty of this? Are you guilty of this?
